Mommies were invited to join the kiddos for ice cream on Monday at Tyler's school. Next week is technically the last week of school, but next Monday the school is sponsoring a "fun day" with lots of outdoor play and recreation. So the end-of-year celebration for his Monday class was yesterday. It was a fun time, but you can imagine what kind of chaos ensues when you put 12 two and three year old kids, sugared up on ice cream, popsicles and cookies in a room together!! WOW!! My hats off to his two teachers, Ms. Luz and Ms. Marie. I was ready for a nap after only 30 minutes with these little energy-filled lovies! Still, Lucas and I did have a lot of fun sharing ice cream (okay, Tyler didn't really share very much ice cream, but Lucas did get a cookie!)...
and painting (okay, I didn't do much painting either...but he wore enough paint for both of us!!) with Tyler.
Tyler's good friend Aly is in his class. Her mommy and little sister Ava were around for the fun, too.
