Howdy Partner

Wow...it's been so very long since my last post.  Not a lot going on...but at the same time, we're still very busy!  I guess just with not as much fun stuff as over the summer.  Last weekend we had family pictures taken for our holiday cards, which I am so VERY excited to get back.  I may share a few...but you'll probably just to wait for our card...it's sure to be fabulous!  Hehe.  Well, maybe I'll share a sneek peak...we'll see.

Today though, we did have some fun.  Tyler's school hosted their annual Harvest Hoedown.  I volunteered to do pictures of the horse rides, so I was able to be there for the fun, too.  And a full day of fun, it was.  Each class got to search for pumpkins, take pony rides, play on a big tractor, sing some fun songs and enjoy rootbeer floats!  It was a fun day for all.

Welcome Baby...

My dear friend Brandi had her third baby less than two weeks ago. Surprisingly for her (but not me), she had her first little baby boy. Evan is such a sweetie and I was blessed with the opportunity to photograph this little guy this afternoon. He was such a great subject. Even with a bare bum and his first exposure to prolonged tummy time, he did wonderfully. Here's a peak at the photo's...hope you love them Brandi!

It's a...

No, no...not for us. :) I had the pleasure of taking maternity photos of my dear friend Leandra yesterday and it was so much fun. While this is Leandra's first pregnancy, she does have a four-legged "baby" (if you can call a huge horse a baby) named Chili. I met her at Chili's barn and we had a great time with the photos. She thinks she's not photogenic, but I think she looked beautiful! Thanks for letting me shoot these special memories for you. Hope you like them...
